At R J King Insurance we understand that when things go wrong it can be stressful. Reporting a claim to us is easy. You can simply visit our office or call us to speak to one of our friendly team members. You can also fill out our online form below*, our office hours are 9-5 Monday - Friday. We aim to reply to all claim reports within 24 hours on our usual business days but at busy times this may take longer.

 

Once you have reported your claim to us we will advise your next steps accordingly, this will usually involve filling out a claims form for your insurers, so please be sure to have all of your information to hand. It is our duty to make the claims process as care free for you as possible, so you can leave it in our hands and be assured of the progress that is being made.
